How Shutterdex earns through the eBay Partner Network, and what it means for the prices and listings shown on the site. Last updated 21 May 2026.
How Shutterdex earns
Shutterdex participates in the eBay Partner Network(EPN). When you click any outbound link to eBay from this site (“View on eBay”, “See all listings”, “View best deal” and “List on eBay”) contains an EPN tracking parameter (campid). If you go on to purchase or list an item within eBay’s attribution window (typically 24 hours from the click), eBay pays Shutterdex a small commission.
What this means for you
The price you pay on eBay is exactly the same whether you reach the listing through Shutterdex or directly. There is no surcharge, no markup, and no influence on the listings you see on Shutterdex: ranking and deal-scoring are purely data-driven from eBay’s public Browse API, and never paid placement.
Why we tell you
Transparency is a core principle. Every outbound CTA carries a discreet “affiliate link” tooltip the first time you hover or tap it in a session, and every outbound link uses rel="sponsored noopener noreferrer" as recommended by Google Search and EU affiliate-disclosure guidelines.
Independence
Shutterdex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. EPN is a public affiliate program open to qualified content publishers. eBay does not have any editorial or pricing influence on Shutterdex.
